This week In The Studio with Michael Card
in our commentary segment we will wrap up our series on prayer with
Dr. Larry Crabb. This week we’ll follow the plan of Larry’s
book “The Papa Prayer” to the final element of approaching
God as the first thing in our life. Our discussion will center on
the idea that our coming to God in prayer is for His enjoyment.
Then in our community segment we’ll have a very personal conversation
with Dr. Harold Best about his experience of grieving the loss of
his wife Jewel. Jewel Best went to be with the Lord just a few months
ago and Dr. Best tells what he has had to struggle with in the weeks
since her passing. Then in our second half we’ll welcome some
of the men from the Empty Hands Fellowship for a concert of Prayer.
Over the past four weeks we’ve been learning about prayer
and now we’ll put the pattern outlined by Larry Crabb into
practice. You’ll want listen and pray along with us. A full
hour is ready for you so make sure you join us for the next session,
In The Studio with Michael Card.
