This week In the Studio, we have a challenging hour of study, conversation and music. We will begin with an overview of the topic of slavery in the Bible with Michael Card. In this segment we will explore the three worlds of slavery represented in the scriptures. This important background will give us all a better way to imagine the way the early Christians understood the terms used in the writing of God's word. Then, Michael will field listener questions and perform a song that was requested via email. In the second half, New York contemporary artist Makoto Fujimura will talk about his upcoming book on creativity. You will want to hear him discuss what it means to create in love and the role of art in the new age of creativity. Then we will open the studio doors and head to downtown Franklin, Tennessee for a meeting of the Empty Hands Fellowship. Join several of the men for a candid discussion of the importance of prayer, reconciliation and accountability. We hope you will tell a friend about what's planed and then join us this week for the next session, In The Studio with Michael Card.
