This week In the Studio, we will seek to honor the fallen and explore the lessons we need to remember as we approach the 6th anniversary of the September 11th attacks. To do that Michael will open the word to a passage in Luke's Gospel that parallels the events in New York. From this we'll see that we all need to be prepared to face unexpected tragedy. Then Dr. Ravi Zacharias joins us to give an analysis of current cultural trends that have developed in a post 9/11 world. In the second half of the program, New York artists Makoto Fujimura joins us with his recollections of that day. He then will describe how art can act redemptively, even in the aftermath of circumstances like this national horror. Along with all this Michael will perform music from the Mole End Studio and answer some listener email questions. A full program centered on God’s word is waiting for you, so make sure you join us In The Studio with Michael Card.
