Spotlight- Jeff Crosby

Jeff has been a friend and supporter of this ministry for years now. Even before our working relationship began, he was a source of encouragement at a time when encouragment was badly needed.

Now, I am glad to say, we have been working together for about 12 years as a team, not only producing books through InterVarsity Press, but also distributing our recorded product. Jeff saw there was a need and, even though InterVarsity Press was not in the record business, he wanted to help. And now InterVarsity is carrying both the Biblical Imagination books and the records that go along with each one.

Jeff's willingness to encourage and help us out when and where we needed help made all the differene.

For nearly 30 years Jeff Crosby, InterVarsity Press' Associate Publisher and Director of Sales and Marketing, has been putting books and music by writers and artists of faith in the hands

of thirsty souls throughout the U.S. and the world. A former owner/manager of a Logos Bookstore and Executive Director of the Association of Logos Bookstores, his connections to Mike Card go back to the "Legacy" album in the early 1980s, when he first heard "Love Crucified Arose" while sitting in his college dorm room during an Eastertide season.

When not working with books and music, he enjoys hiking with his wife, Cindy, a U.S. National Park Service Ranger at Isle Royale National Park. He has two grown children and a granddaughter. He is the editor and compiler of the book "Days of Grace through the Year," a collection of meditations drawn from the writings of Lewis B. Smedes, and writes frequently for print and on-line editions of magazines.
